PRICING, FEES & PAYMENTS

Do I have to pay by credit card?

Yes, orders must be paid by credit card online. Accepted card types are American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order is submitted.
Credit card processing, order fulfillment and shipping will be handled by Grandstand Glassware & Apparel.

When will I receive my product?

Your product will be shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Depending on your location, it could take between one (1) and ten (10) business days for products to arrive.

Need to cancel your order after it has been submitted?

Please contact us at customerservice@craftbranded.com to request an order cancellation prior to 3:00 pm Central. Orders that are already processed will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

What is California Proposition 65?
California Proposition 65 is legislation that requires businesses to inform Californians about potential exposure to certain toxic or carcinogenic chemicals. Products with these specific chemicals present must be labeled with a consumer warning. Certain glassware decoration methods contain some of these chemicals and, in order to comply with Prop 65, must be properly labeled as such.

Grandstand provides the labeling service for Prop 65 compliance free of charge for our California customers, or any customer whose products may end up in California. Other decoration methods, like our Full Color Organic printing, are by their nature Prop 65 compliant and require no labeling. Please notify Grandstand when you place your order if the products will be sold in California and will need any Prop 65 Compliance labeling.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns

Please inspect merchandise immediately and carefully upon delivery. If your shipment arrives with any damage, contact us at customerservice@craftbranded.com. Please send clear photos of the damaged merchandise, as well as a separate photo with damaged shipment box, to our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt.

If your order contains product manufacturer defects, or you are not satisfied with the quality of your item, please contact us within 15 days of the shipment date. We examine every issue on a case-by-case basis. All items must be returned in new or like new condition within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds

All refund requests are subject to approval. Upon approval, any refund requested on orders will receive credit posted to the card used at time of purchase. The refund will be processed within five (5) business days upon approval.
